Hi, I have created a quiz in Interact and have built 4 zaps - one for each response to the quiz. But I cannot turn the Zaps on? they keep turning themselves off and I get an email to say The App returned no data found. But If I complete a test quiz it does not connect to Zapier because the zap is not on?? Any advice please as to how I can resolve thank you

Help us have more context by posting screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured along with the encountered error.
Can you post more screenshots showing how each step is configured in EDIT mode?
You screenshots don’t show any fields mapped from Step 1 to Step 2, so that may be your issue.
