Query setting up JotForm Integration

Hi,

I am trying to setup a JotForm integration in Zapier but am getting the following error message no matter what I try. If I click “Please reconnect it here” it just repeats the same message.

Could anyone point out what might be wrong here? We have a Bronze account with JotForm.

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

I did some digging into this, and it seems like you have to connect your account again, and select “Yes” for “Do you use European Datacenters”

JotForm has mentioned this recommended step in this article: https://www.jotform.com/answers/4243316-your-account-is-in-eu-safe-mode-please-use-eu-apijotformcom-endpoint-to-get-your-results.

Hi,

Sorry that doesn’t help me, I have exactly the same issue using private windows and different broswers.

Any other ideas?
