We are sending new Stripe charges as purchase events in Facebook conversions.
It all looks to have been set up ok (the tests in Zapier work fine, and when I look in Meta Events Manager I can see that ‘Purchase’ is counting purchases).
However, when a new Stripe charge occurs, it shows as successfully triggered in Zapier and sent to Facebook but is not being reflected as a purchase in ads manager.
Can we please get help why purchases are not being attributed/reflected in our ads manager despite Stripe charges being sent successfully via Zapier?
