I just checked on the related Support ticket and it doesn’t look like they got back to the Support team to continue troubleshooting, so it doesn’t appear to have been solved. 

Can I just double-check, is your Zap able to trigger for all leads except for ones from forms with shared use set to “restricted”?

If it’s also not triggering for leads on forms that aren’t restricted then it could be that you’re running into a different issue. In which case I’d recommend checking out the following troubleshooting guides:


But if it’s only having issues for leads coming from restricted forms then your best bet will be to reach out to our Support Team in this case. They’ll be able to take a closer look into the logs for your Zap and investigate the issue further.
