I’m having the same issue 

Hi@Irene2023thkltd, welcome to the Community! 👋

Hope you don’t mind but I’ve moved your post out into a new topic as you seem to be getting an error when posting to Instagram, rather than having media being incorrectly attached to a Trello post as a TXT file.
 

It appears that both the card description and it’s attachment have been added into the URL field here:

As you’re using an API Request (Beta) action, in the URL field it would need to have the relevant API URL endpoint to allow you to post an image. I’d recommend referencing Instagram’s API documentation to find the relevant API endpoint to be used.
