Hello Zapier Community,
I’m hoping someone here has run into this before.
I’m trying to connect my Planning Pod account to Zapier, but I consistently receive the following error:
“Authentication failed: We could not find an account with the provided credentials.”
What’s confusing is:
- I can log directly into Planning Pod without any issues using the same username and password
- I’ve tried multiple times and even recreated the connection
🔧 Troubleshooting I’ve already done:
- Used Chrome Incognito (to rule out cache/cookies)
- Enabled pop-ups and permissions
- Manually entered credentials (no autofill)
- Removed and re-added the Planning Pod connection
- Confirmed login works outside of Zapier
❓ Questions:
- Has anyone successfully connected Planning Pod to Zapier recently?
- Does Planning Pod require a specific login endpoint or environment for Zapier?
- Could this be related to account permissions or API access settings?
At this point, it seems like either:
- Zapier isn’t authenticating against the correct Planning Pod environment
or - My Planning Pod account isn’t being recognized by the integration
Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated!
