I  have a zap which triggers on a New Deal in Pipedrive, the action is to extract deal data and products to a Google spreadsheet including shipping address.

In the deal I have added a custom address field deal to the deal details so I do not have to look up the address from the contact. This is successfully populated in Pipedrive:

When I test the zap in the input data it does not include the city London in the City field and I can’t fathom why this is:

Any ideas, I know addresses can be a pain between different products. Cheers

Hi @Bizzer,

It looks like you’ve reached out to our Support Team about this and they replied with a suggestion. I’ll share details of the suggestion here in case it’s helpful:

From what you've described, it seems like the custom address field in your Pipedrive deal isn't pulling the city data into your Zap as expected. Let's try a couple of things to resolve this:

1. **Double-check the Custom Field Mapping:** Ensure that the custom field in Pipedrive for the city is correctly mapped in your Zap. Sometimes, the field might not be automatically recognized, and a manual check can help.

2. **Update Sample Data:** In your Zap Editor, refresh the sample data to see if the city field is populated. This can be done by testing the trigger again to pull fresh data.

I reviewed one of the test data from your PipeDrive trigger and noticed that the Full/combined address of Shipping Address field does not include 'London' in it - can you try creating a deal with a full address that contains 'London' and see if that will populate the city field?

If these steps don't resolve the issue, could you please provide:
- A screenshot of your Zap’s setup where the fields are mapped.
- Confirmation that the custom field in Pipedrive has the city data filled out for the specific deal you’re testing.

Thank you for your help! Looking forward to your reply.

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.
