my steps
1.Contact Sent From Bot (tidio integration)

2.Find organization (create new one if one doesnt exist)

3.Find person (create new one if one doesnt exist)
3.Create lead using the person and org
when i create the lead it assigns the organization correctly using the id, however my contact does not have any organization assigned, zapier does not give any error message

In Pipedrive, if you want a Person to be linked to an Organization, then you need to have a Zap step that updates the Person to be linked to the Organization.

 

For live Zap Runs, check your Zap Runs history details: https://zapier.com/app/history/

There you will see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow to troubleshoot.

Review the IDs of the Person, Lead, etc. and match those to the records in Pipedrive.
