Thank you so much!!   I work full time and were so busy I don’t have much time to work on this.  I really appreciate your assistance.

I am trying to create a new calendar appointment in Zoho Calendar and a new Task in Zoho CRM. The calendar event will be created on the calendar selected on the Quote as well as the start date/time and end date/time. 

Right now it works if the Quote has the matching field “Pick Up” but of the filed is “Customer Drop Off” or “Mobil Tech” then it doesn’t work. As if it just stops at the first path,

It looks like you're only testing the Path step, which doesn't provide a complete picture of the entire workflow. I recommend publishing the Zap and testing it live by creating a new estimate in Zoho Books. This will allow you to see the Zap working as intended. Additionally, your Path setup looks correct!
