Passions.io app customer sign up triggering a Klaviyo email flow issue.

Hello, 

 

I really need assistance with the below: 

 

We have an app on passions.io and when someone signs up to the app they will be added to klaviyo email platform and automatically start a email flow that we have set up ad runs for 2 weeks. 

 

For some reason it is not linking correctly and the email flow is not starting when i test this. 

 

I really need help!

If you're having trouble with your Zapier integration between Passions.io and Klaviyo, ensure your Zap is correctly set up. New signups on Passions.io trigger an action to add a contact to Klaviyo. Test both the trigger and action to confirm data is flowing correctly. If the Zap works but Klaviyo isn't responding, check your Klaviyo flow settings to ensure new contacts in the designated list trigger it. Finally, manually add a contact to test if the flow starts as expected.

 

Remember to test your Zap thoroughly to ensure it's working as expected. Please let us know if you encounter any problems or need further assistance.
