I have a scenario where I updated a record in Salesforce, and I have two Zaps that should trigger based on this update. However, I noticed that only one Zap is running, even though both are supposed to perform different tasks.

Both Zaps are set to trigger on an "Updated Record" event in Salesforce, and I haven't used any specific field-based update condition. I expected both Zaps to run independently, but only one appears in the Zap history.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? What could be causing one Zap to be skipped? Any insights would be appreciated!

Thanks! 😊

Hi @MaxDY

Check your Zap Runs history details for activity and to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Perhaps consider using 1 Zap with Paths: https://zapier.com/apps/paths/integrations#help

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
