one.zohocloud.ca and Zapier could not connect to your account. 'access_token' in Zoho People

Hi everyone,

I am trying to connect to Zoho People to be able to publish employee vacation information to a shared company calendar.

When I connect this app a domain field is listed and in the drop down menu the domain of my Zoho People instance is hosted is not listed.

I believe I should be selecting “one.zohocloud.ca”.

If I select Zoho.com I get error “

Zapier could not connect to your account.

Field named 'access_token' not found in OAuth2 results”

Any help is appreciated!

Hi @Seanmatthew

For us to have more info about what you are referring to, post screenshots to give us context.

Hi there, @Seanmatthew 👋

Did the guide Troy shared help you to get this sorted?

If not, it could well be due to the domain being zohocloud.ca as I couldn’t see that in the list of available options either:

I can’t find any documentation on this end to confirm that’s definitely the case, so I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team about this. They’ll be able to confirm and can put in a feature request on your behalf to have support for Zoho People accounts on a zohocloud.ca domain to be added.

Keep us posted on how it’s going! 🙂

Thank you both for the answers!

I have followed the guide but unfortunately it does not work, I believe it is because the Zohocloud.ca domain is not included in the list, I get to the page where I can accept the terms and then the attached error on the next page. All the other integrations I use point to zohocloud.ca, I’ll contact support and see what can be done.

Sean

Thanks for the update, @Seanmatthew 🤗 Hopefully support for zohocloud.ca domains can be added quickly! 🤞
