Odoo CRM certificate has expired

Hello,

Suddenly my zaps using Odoo CRM are not working anymore because of an authentication failed. We did’nt change anything, it just happened suddenly. When trying to reconnect, I get this error, see screen shot.

 

I don't understand. Please can you help.

Probably best to open a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

You can try authenticating the app in a new/different private browser.

Hello @Troy Tessalone Thanks but it is not working. Is it possible that it is a general issue and that they need to ask a new certificate ?
