Octoparse error: "We hit an error adding your new account"

I cannot connect my Octoparse account to Zapier, when I try to connect the error "We hit an error adding your new account" pops up.

Good question.

You can try connecting the app in a new/different private browser to see if that resolves the issue.

I have opened it in incognito window as well but facing same problem
