Hello everybody,

 

Im using Zapier to record Google Ads offline conversions for newly-paid orders in Shopify.

After i connected my store, Zapier asks me to place an order, change the status to “paid” and then test the trigger.

After i test the trigger i get the following message:

 

“No new paid order found

Create a new paid order in your Shopify account and test again.”

 

Anyone able to find a fix?

One thing to try is to turn the Zap ON and test live, then check your Zaps Runs history for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

 

If that doesn’t work, then try opening a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
