Hi Zapier Community,

We are trying to automate 2 tasks now: Blinq > GHL and VideoAsk to GHL.

Blinq > GHL: Same issue as before and we’ve contacted Blinq support again (please see screenshot) and they said it might take a while for them to update back as they look into it:


VideoAsk to GHL: It automatically turns off as well, same issue as Blinq > GHL zap.

Answering to the screenshot bellow, there are no repeated errors since there’s no history showing. No billing issues - we are trying to do both automation tasks using free Zapier account. Blinq is on a business subscription, but we haven’t exceeded the task or Zap limits.

Check your Zap > Change History to see info about why the Zap turned OFF that may help you troubleshoot.

Check your Zap app connections here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

 

Make sure you meet the requirements for using each app in a Zap. (e.g. may need certain app plans)

 

Make sure you have a Zapier plan that allows the features for your Zap configuration.

Were you able to get to the bottom of what was causing the Zap to be switched off automatically? Did Blinq’s support team figure out what the issue was? If so, would you be up for sharing what it was, in case others in the Community are experiencing something similar? 🙏

If it’s still not resolved, when you test your Blinq account connection does it error at all? If it does can you share a screenshot showing the error you see so we can take a closer look?

That said, I wonder if it might be worth regenerating the access token for the account to see if that fixes it. You can find steps on how to do that in Blinq’s Exporting Blinq contacts to any CRM using Zapier guide.
