I've created a new simple ZAP that creates a task on ClickUp when a new form submission from Formester gets triggered.
The editor page shows everything is OK, I've even tested the connection to both, and run the test task twice and it works fine.
But as soon as I turn it ON, zapier turn's it back OFF, and I can't find any error or warning messages.

If your Zap is turning off immediately after publishing, it might be due to an issue with the trigger step. I did some digging and found out that Formester only allows one Zap to be published if you’re on their free plan based on their pricing page, which you can find here: https://formester.com/pricing/.
Do you have another Zap that uses the Formester app? If that's the case, upgrading your plan with Formester should resolve the issue.
