I have created a Zap which triggers when a new filenote is created in Actionstep. The testing works perfectly but when published nothing triggers (i.e. it isn’t filtered or errored etc.). Any ideas?

This was a bug at Actionstep - the workaround was to turn off the formatting option on the filenotes - this let the zap trigger as it should.
