Seems like you’re running into a bug that’s been discussed before over here:
I went ahead and added you to the bug report for that. I can’t provide any ETA on when it will be resolved by but you’ll get an email notification from us as soon as it is.
Since that bug has been around for a while, I’d recommend trying a different trigger for the Zap. Does Stan provide email notifications whenever there’s a new customer by any chance?
If it does, and those emails contain all the information you need to send to Mailchimp, then you could use and app like Email Parser for the Zap’s trigger instead. You can learn more about how to set up Email Parser here: Trigger Zaps from new parsed emails.
