Hi all! I’m trying to get our first NetSuite zap up and running, but I haven’t been able to get the New Record (Saved Search) to trigger to work. It returns no results, even when records are being added to the saved search.

I’ve disconnected and reconnected the NetSuite connection, and if I change it to “New Record” I get results. However I need to be able to filter which new records are triggering the workflow, as there’s multiple subsidaries on our NetSuite account.

I have confirmed that the search is set to public in NetSuite and that new records are appearing in the search when I run it in NetSuite. Main line is set to True.

I tried a different search in the zap, with the same lack of results. I tried building a new zap, and got the same no results.

Hi @CaseyK,

Welcome to the Community.

To troubleshoot issues with NetSuite and Zapier, ensure your NetSuite saved search is correctly configured and includes the desired records, and verify the account used in Zapier has the necessary permissions. Double-check that the correct saved search is selected in Zapier, inspect for errors, and reconnect the integration if needed.

We're looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks, I’ve done all that.  The records show up when I run the search in NetSuite, the account used in Zapier is an administrator account. I’ve verified that I’m using the right search. I’ve reconnected the integration. The integration will return results if I select “New Record” but not if I use “New Record (Saved Search)”.

Issue is solved - Saved searches need to include InternalID in the results.
