Getting the following when trying to configure Netsuite integration. New to Zappier and kinda lost as to where to start resolving this. I checked everything it recommend to resolve and still no luck.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @cclark

Help links for using NetSuite in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/netsuite/help

@Troy Tessalone thanks for the response. I followed the info found there in the beginning to setup the connection. It was helpful in getting the connection setup but not in resolving my current issue.

Thanks,

@cclark

Check to make sure the connected NetSuite account has the correct roles/permissions/settings:

@Troy Tessalone Thanks - I have confirmed that this is the case. All correct roles and permissions are in place

@cclark

You can try opening a ticket with Zapier Support for more help troubleshooting the NetSuite Zap app integration issue you are experiencing: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hey @cclark 👋

I can see you reached out to our Support Team but I couldn’t see a response to their latest reply so I’m uncertain whether their latest suggestion helped to resolve things for you here?

I’ll share the details from their latest reply here in case it was missed or is helpful to others coming across this thread in future:

“Given that you have followed all the recommended steps and the issue persists, it's possible that we may be encountering a bug here.

However, I have a couple of additional steps you could try.

1. Try duplicating the Zap. Sometimes, starting over can help resolve unforeseen issues.
2. Alternatively, you may try using the Segment ID by mapping it onto the custom field. This method has been known to bypass similar problems in the past.

The record type ID can usually be found in the URL address bar when you view a specific record type in NetSuite. If it's available, try using this ID.

Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.”

If that doesn’t work I’d recommend continuing the email conversation with the Support team so that they can get a bug report opened for this if needed.

Please do keep us in the loop on how you’re getting on, keen to ensure this gets sorted! 🙂

I agree with SamB’s suggestions. In addition to that, one additional thing you might try is re-authenticating the NetSuite integration in Zappier. Sometimes, simply disconnecting and reconnecting the NetSuite integration can help resolve these issues. It refreshes the connection and might clear up any underlying problems. Otherwise, you might want to seek consultation with a NetSuite integration services provider for further assistance!
