When I try to insert an owners phone number into a zap the phone number does not populate. All of the other owners/home information comes up but the phone numbers do not show up and thus I cannot send a text to them. I’ve tried for multiple contacts/leads and the phone numbers never show up. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Help us have more context by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

Here’s some screenshots, it shows that has_phone_number = true but it says phone_numbers is a field with no value which should be pre-filled in. Heres the screenshots.

Thanks so much for sharing those helpful screenshots here! If the phone number field is always blank despite a phone number existing for the lead in DealMachine, then to me this seems like it could well be a bug. I’d recommend flagging this to our Support team here. They’ll be able to investigate this further and if it is a bug, they’ll submit a bug report to the developers of the DealMachine app to get it fixed. 

Please do keep us updated on how you get on with the support team—keen to ensure this gets resolved!
