Hello,

I need some help with integrating with Thinkific.  I think the biggest problem is that I can’t seem to get good debugging info.  I am trying to use Zapier to automatically add a user to our Thinkific account, but everything I try fails.  The Zapier help is not helpful.  Where can I look to find out specifically why it keeps rejecting my data?

I am an accomplished programmer (not so much in Zapier, however), so I can handle the tech details.

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings
  • the encountered error

If you have a live Zap Run with the Zap turned ON, there will be a LOGS tab that shows the underlying API request/response to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
