My zaps are turning off automatically. It is shown in the change history that the zap are turned off due to system and configuration error. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible as leads data is coming in.

If a Zap runs into errors each time it runs, the system will turn it off so that it doesn’t keep running. It sounds like that’s what’s happening in this case. The first thing you can do is to go to the Zap history for your Zaps to see if you can find the error and change your Zap to fix the error. If you’re not able to do that, the best thing to do is to get in touch with the Support Team using the Get Help Form and someone from the team will get back to you via email to help you troubleshoot your Zaps.
