My Zap from Reddit to Slack keeps getting Switched off for no reason

I have successfully created a Zap linking Reddit lead gen form to a slack channel. There is no error, but the zap keeps switching off after publishing for no apparent reason.

Sorry to hear that you’re running into these issues with the Reddit app. Andrew and Sparsh are correct, it is a known issue that’s not been resolved yet. While we can’t provide a timeline for a fix, I’ve added you to the bug report as an affected user, so you’ll be notified via email as soon as it’s sorted.

As we’ve already got one topic discussing the bug I’m going to close this topic out so that folks can follow along with any updates in a single place. For anyone that comes across this post and wants to be added to the bug report please reach out on the main topic here and we’ll take care of that.
