Question

My Zap fails when checking duplicate fields using the email column.

We have 2 Columns to check for Duplicate fields. 

  1. Phone
  2. Email

Zapier works perfect when it comes to phone search but when it comes to email its fails.

Note: we have kept emails as supporting column. Is there any other way to do this?

Hi @aJAX -

This article on Common Problems with Google Sheets may be a great starting resource, to check off possible issues. Can I ask which trigger app you are using for this Zap? A screenshot of your set up, similar to this often helps as a visual aid. 

Additionally, is there any other information/context you’re able to provide regarding where your Zap failed?
