I have a problem with sending emails.
There is one Zap that is triggered when an automatic request from a user comes to our email. After that, a reply to this request is automatically sent to the user. And at the end of the Zap, a new row is created in our Google Spreadsheet with basic data about this user.
The second Zap is triggered as soon as a new row is created in the Google table. A delay of 2.5 days is triggered, after which it is checked if the user has not responded to the email (search by the user's email ID). If the user has not responded within these 2.5 days, a follow-up is sent
The problem is that both the first and the second emails are sometimes sent again after a few days (at random intervals), but the most important thing is that only one execution of these Zaps is displayed in the Zap Histrory.
