I have a folder that I have shared with my team member (we have a Team account). This folder is full of Zaps that are triggered by the Chrome extension. I am able to see the Zaps but my teammate is not. Does anyone have any insight?

Hi @cpzap! This definitely seems peculiar...our team is digging into this so we can determine what might be going on.

Support determined that this is likely an accessibility issue, meaning this particular folder within your team account may be “Private” vs “Shared”. You’ll need to adjust the share settings within specific folders so that additional teammates can view your Zaps. Learn more here!
