  • Moodle Enrolled User - Error when testing the trigger “An Enrolled Student could not be found. Cannot read property 'shortname' of undefined”.

Trying to have Zapier pull the information from Moodle on when a New Student is Enrolled in Course.

 

When testing the trigger, I get,

“An Enrolled Student could not be found.

Cannot read property 'shortname' of undefined”.

 

I have users enrolled in the course that I am trying to test. The latest enrollment was from yesterday.

Can you post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured, along with the returned error?
