Question

Monday.com - Trigger to detect specific column change isn't return recently updated records.

Hi Community,

 

I have a Zap that is looking at a set board in Modnay.com, at a specific column waiting for the values to change.

 

We have changed the values in multiple items on the board, expecting to see them when testing the trigger.

 

Zapier isn’t returning any of the records / items, but keeps returning the same few that actually aren’t being updated.

 

Anyone encountered this, have a solution to this challenge?

Good question.

Are you still able to configure the Zap with the data from the example items?

If yes, then try turning the Zap ON, test live, then check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step: https://zapier.com/app/history/
