I want to find the field of Agent Name, which is missing from my Cloudtalk records. Is there other way to add it here in my records the Agent Name in Cloudtalk?

Which CloudTalk Zap trigger/action are you trying to use? (screenshots)

The screenshot looks like dummy data form CloudTalk.

Did you test the Zap step?

 

Try testing the Zap step live in a Zap that is ON.

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

That may return more data to use related to the Agent.

 


Hello, sir Troy Tessalone, I'm using the New Call Trigger event. I checked my history, and the agent's name from CloudTalk is still missing. Do you know how I can find that or add that agent’s name to my records in Cloud Talk?

You may have to create a lookup table to translate the returned Agent Email into the Agent Name.
