We want to connect our telephone system (Placetel) to Scoro. When a call comes in, the customer should show up at Scoro. Unfortunately we don't find the action "
Search person by" with his phone number. Do you have a solution for this?

I’m unsure of your initial trigger, but if I were working through this myself, I would try the following Zap:
- Trigger - Incoming Call (Placatel)
- Action - Find Contact (Scoro)
- Action - Find Person (Scoro)
By Find Contact you may be able to locate the incoming call by their name/phone number, which would then allow you to Find Person in Scoro by their name and email as you would have all stored in their contact information on Placatel. Does this make sense? Let me know if you have any questions!
