Hi, everyone.
I made a ZAP for the first time.
The Action is as follows.

1. Trigger: Mail arrives in Outlook
2. Only continue if.. : Mail subject must have "MJ"
3. Add a new row to the Google spreadsheet and put the contents of the mail body in that row.

After completing the test without any problems, publishing and placing it "ON",
For the last test, I sent an e-mail titled "MJ" to me.
ZAP is not responding at all.

What's the problem?

Hi @uraenus88, welcome to the Community! 👋

The New Email trigger for Microsoft Outlook is a polling trigger so, depending on what Zapier plan you’re on, it’ll check for new emails at regular intervals. New emails won’t trigger the Zap instantly. For example if you’re on our Free plan it’ll check for new emails every 15 mins. So I’m wondering if that might be what’s happening here.

Has the Zap since triggered on that email?

If not, then it could be that there’s an issue with the selected settings for the Zap or it’s running into a bug of some kind. Are you seeing any error messages in the Zap itself?

hi, @SamB , Nice to meet you :)

As you answered, I checked again after a certain period of time and found that ZAP worked.

Thank you for your help. :)
