I have setup the Outlook to Freshsales CRM integration & have gotten the below error code for many of my contacts and can’t figure out WHY or how to fix it. Does anyone have any experience here?

The app returned "Mcr error {"error_code"=>3004, "message"=>"Contact is invalid", "errors"=>t{"object_type"=>"Contact", "object_id"=>nil, "field"=>"cf_general_notes", "rejected_value"=>"Robert Oppold\r\n30 year old fie...".

It might be because you have 2 email addresses mapped to the email field.

 

Please post a screenshots of the encountered error.
