Post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
I get erros when adding inline snippets & file attachments, so I’m sharing via google drive:

I don’t understand. :( I have .png images. how do I get them to you?
trying attachment method again. fingers crossed.
Try removing the trailing / in the File field input after the mapped variable.

sneaky “/” marks!. thnx. removed. but, now I’m back to the original “reconnection” issue (what’s diff this time is the actual connection doesn’t seem to be disconnected).
Do you have a OneDrive paid plan which is required to use the OneDrive Zap App?
You must have either a Business or Enterprise Microsoft 365 paid account.

I do have a paid MS 365 plan, but it is Personal, not Business. Mystery solved, it appears. Thanks for all your help with my issue. I really appreciate it. I’ll have to figure out a transition plan to a business plan.
Wow! Thank you for confirming that Troy’s resolution got the Zap running. This will significantly help our Community members to have as a reference for the same issue.
I’ve run into that "OneDrive connection keeps disconnecting" error a few times super annoying, especially when you’re relying on a workflow that’s otherwise solid. A few things I’ve found helpful:
-
Disconnect and reconnect the OneDrive app in Zapier’s My Apps area it forces a fresh OAuth token.
-
Clear your browser cache or switch browsers; sometimes stale cookies mess things up—this helped me in a similar case where "Zap stopped working… can no longer send file to OneDrive" community.zapier.com+15community.zapier.com+15community.zapier.com+15community.zapier.com.
-
Double-check your OneDrive plan hasn’t changed or run out—sometimes limits kick in silently.
Mattew, thnx for the additional information on this topic. Old cache seems to be a cause of a lot of overall web activity! :( I’ve had pretty good success lately, but I’ll add your suggestions to my root-cause troubleshooting next time I get an unexpected disconnect. Thanks again. -Bob
