Why my character limit is low from the email i want the full email body to be shown in excel, however it only shows limited character. is there a way to increase it?

Hope you don’t mind but I’ve moved your question out into a new topic so it can be addressed separately.
In your Microsoft Excel action has the truncated version of the email in body text from the Formatter action been selected, or have you selected the full email body text from the trigger step?
If it’s the latter, it could be that the cell will only show a limited preview of the cell’s contents as Wrap Text formatting isn’t enabled. Can you click into the relevant cells in Excel to confirm whether the full email text has been added to the cell even though it’s not displayed?
