Hi,

 

During the weekend all of our automations stopped working as their final point is to export data to Excel spreadsheet. Unfortunately, each try to add the data ends on following error - “Could not obtain a WAC access token”.

 

We’ve tried re-connecting the Microsoft account and other things, but they didn’t work. Could you help with that?

It looks like you have reached out to our Support Team regarding this issue and it turned out to be a bug with Microsoft Excel. We will keep you updated via email once the bug has been fixed.
