Mautic error: Authentication failed (error #500)

Hello Team 

i am trying to connect mautic with google sheet from zapier but when i try to connect zap to mautic i gives me and error 

This is the error 

As i have enable all auth and also from mautic i have cleared all the cache but still the same 
is there any way to connect this

​This type of error happens from time to time when there’s an issue with the app that Zapier is trying to connect to. That might be because the app is down right now, or just that its servers are busy. Looking at the Mautic Status page it does look like they are having trouble on some of their servers. You can subscribe to their status page to get updates on when that might be resolved. Fingers crossed it’s fixed quickly!

​This type of error happens from time to time when there’s an issue with the app that Zapier is trying to connect to. That might be because the app is down right now, or just that its servers are busy. Looking at the Mautic Status page it does look like they are having trouble on some of their servers. You can subscribe to their status page to get updates on when that might be resolved. Fingers crossed it’s fixed quickly!

Thank u for the mautic status page update 
but even if the mautic page is up it still shows the same error
