Major reliability issues (AWS, Azure, Cloudfare)

It seems that every few weeks now Zapier is having some sort of major issue. First it was AWS, then Azure, then Cloudfare.

Each and every time I have had major interruptions not only to my workflows (workflows being turned off automatically and without notice) but most importantly to my saved work. Just today logged in to find every single edit made in the last 5 days is just *gone* on several flows.

If a connection changes an API endpoint, everything just breaks. Is no one at this company liaising with major platforms engineering teams to ensure that endpoints are preserved. I run automations for a pretty major company, we have hundreds automated workflows.

These days it feels more like hundreds of automated workflows held together with tape and string.

Is anyone else experiencing this sort of consistent major unreliability?

Hi and welcome to the Community @AutomationEnthusiast! 🎉

I’m really sorry to hear about the recent disruptions to your workflows. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to deal with repeated interruptions and to lose saved work. I’ve shared the details from your post here with our Product team so they’re aware of the impact and can keep working to improve reliability and help prevent situations like this in the future.

With the lost Zap edits, I haven’t seen other recent reports of this, so hopefully it’s not a widespread issue. I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team so they can investigate your account and Zap logs to help identify what happened and get things resolved.

Keep us posted on how you get on with them, I want to make sure this gets sorted.
