The Zap gets turn off right away after turning it on. When testing I get

Task was stopped because its Zap was turned off during its execution.

However, I can not get anywhere any log to understan the root cause and fix it

I have tried

  • Test connection to Mailchip and Airtable succesfully
  • Update Zap configuration to keep Zap turn on
  • Test the steps succesfully

Try turning on the Error Ratio Override for the Zap.

The Zap likely turns off due to an error mid-execution. Try running it manually and review each step’s input closely to catch what’s causing the stop.

I turn on the Erro ratio to Keep running if errors occur, and tested my zap, but the Zap keeps turning off immideatly

Hi @Factor Meetings,

This issue may be related to an outdated version of the Airtable app. Could you please update your Airtable trigger to the latest version? Once done, try creating a new connection and double-check that the app version is fully up to date.

You can learn more on how to update app to the latest version here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/18755649454989-App-versions-in-Zapier

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!
