Hello! 

I received a zap alert that has flagged up one of the email addresses it’s trying to move between Optix and Mailchimp as invalid or fake. I can see there is a spelling mistake in the email address which I think is what is causing the problem. The problem is that I can’t find this email address anywhere to correct it. It’s not in Optix and it’s not in Mailchimp. 

 

How do I just remove it from the Zap or bypass it so it doesn’t hold it up any more?

You can delete a Zap Run.
