Hi,
I’ve had a Zap running for over a year and it tags the customer in Mailchimp with the product name when a customer signs up and this works fine.
I’ve set up a similar Zap and I want it to add the tag FreeTrialCancelled once they’ve cancelled their free trial. This tag doesn’t get added in Mailchimp for some reason.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kindly review the zap history to see if the trigger step is running properly when someone cancels, also make sure you are choosing the same audience in which you have created the tag and not a different audience.

HI, Unfortunately it’s still not working. I’ve checked the history and it says they are working but the tag isn’t on the contact. The new customers are tagged but the cancelling ones aren’t.
Are you able to investigate

Could you please try adding a Add Subscriber to Tag action after the Add/Update Subscriber action?
