Location error when connecting Shopify with cin7

We are trying to create a “Create Stock Adjustment” zap between Shopify and cin7, where the inventory automatically updates in our Cin7 account every time there is an inventory change through a Shopify sale.

 

The only error we keep getting is regarding the location. We have 3 locations, one is set to default for all orders and that is the location I am using in the zap but it keeps saying there is an error.

 

The location ID itself is correct and is the option that it automatically gives you when clicking on the + symbol to add your data, but for whatever reason it just doesn’t like it. 

 

Can anyone help? I’ve looked through other Shopify posts and for some people making the zap live automatically fixes the problem, but that hasn’t worked for us.
