Learnworlds Zap connection failing with "Please check your email and password" error

Hi,

I am trying to add an additional Learnworlds connection, but when I tried signing in using my Learnworlds credentials, it said, “Please check your email and password." For some reason, it won't let me connect my Learnworlds account. We didn’t change anything at all.

Please help.

Check that your UN/PW combo is correct.

Upon checking, my UN and PW are correct. I also tried logging in using a different browser, but the same error occurred.

If you are able to login to LearnWorlds here: https://account.learnworlds.com/login

But not when trying to connected LearnWorlds to Zapier here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Then you should reach out to LearnWorlds Support for help troubleshooting.

This is not a LearnWorlds issue. It is an issue with the Zapier API. We tried creating a connection from Zapier with 3 separate LearnWorlds accounts and all of them have the same error.

Please look into this ASAP

This issue is disrupting our workflows. Please review and resolve this ASAP.

FYI: Most Zap apps are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform.

You should try reaching out to LearnWorlds Support to have them check their Zap app.
