Hi there @Sal,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the LearnDash team have let us know that this issue is most often caused by a conflict with a caching plugin. Please can you try whitelisting your LearnDash endpoint URL query at your-learndash-site-goes-here.com/?learndash-integration=zapier or disable the caching plugin to see if the issue goes away? If that doesn't resolve the error, LearnDash have requested you contact their support team directly at https://www.learndash.com/support.

Hopefully, this helps.

May I know how to whitelist Learndash endpoint URL? When I try to access “your-learndash-site-goes-here.com/?learndash-integration=zapier” I can see this on my screen.

Thanks for the update here @Sal!

I haven’t used LearnDash personally, but I think the LearnDash Support Team can guide you on how to whitelist the endpoint URL and troubleshoot the error you’re seeing. You can reach LearnDash Support here:  https://www.learndash.com/support

Thanks!

I requested a new zapier API key from Learndash, I’m just waiting for their response and give you an update after. Thank you so much

Hello Ken, how/where can I find the endpoint URL for Zapier? Or the IP address to use for this?

Hi there @Fluks,

Here are the IP addresses that Zapier uses:

https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/15406083674509/#01H7JDH8FRKH46PSETSH9ZADQ4

If you’re having trouble connecting LearnDash to Zapier. I’d recommend contacting LearnnDash Support here: https://www.learndash.com/support

Hopefully, this helps.

Hi Ken,

I have already contacted LearnDash Support and they say the same about the endpoints.

The article that you refer to only applies to the specific apps mentioned in the article. As you are Zapier staff are you saying that these IPs apply to LearnDash as well?

Hi @Fluks,

I’m so sorry for the confusion here.

If you want to send webhook events to a Zap, the url is dynamically created when the user turns their Zap on. More info about that here in our docs: https://platform.zapier.com/docs/triggers#rest-hook-trigger

In other words, we do not have a single endpoint URL where you can send all events to Zapier.

Does that clarify a bit? Please let me know if you have any questions, happy to help.

That clarifies it, but then I think the answer you gave a month ago is far from complete and also not as straightforward as it seems

Also, the link you just shared now really isn’t for a layperson like me. And I think it doesn’t explain how to then find the endpoint that you can use.

And if you can’t connect to (in this case LearnDash) you can’t turn the Zap on because the connection isn’t working.

In this journey to find a solution, I chatted with your bot who did not give me the answer on the “no single endpoint URL”. I asked here and the answer is coming out in bits and pieces but isn’t really giving a step-by-step solution. LearnDash points to your solution here. GoDaddy also had no cue what to do.

Strangely enough the connection with LearnDash had come mysteriously back to life. So all is good now.
