We are having a similar issue with limited functionality. We would use Zapier to automate almost all of our matter creation, however we are unable to as the Reporting Group and Billing Category fields are not available.
I will also submit a ticket on this subject.

Hope you don’t mind but I moved your reply out into it’s own topic since it’s a bit different from the original topic it was added to.
Sorry to hear you’re having similar issues with other missing fields. I see our Support team have opened up a new feature request on your behalf and added your vote to it. Can’t make any promises as to when Leap’s developers will be able to get those additional fields added but we’ll be sure to let you know when they do.
