Leadpages & FloDesk issue: First Name Not Showing

My form on Leadpages is set up correctly to capture First Name & Email, but when I tried to set up the automated workflow with Zapier, the first name field does not appear for field mapping. 

I have already triple checked to see if there are any settings I need to be aware of to make this work, and have found nothing. I have also viewed and read the other posts about this, but nothing is helpful. 

First Name field is already mapped in Leadpages, but unsure why it won’t appear when I try to map out fields for this automation. 

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi ​@Kelen 

Make sure to test the Leadpages form by submitting a lead AFTER the Zap trigger step has been configured, then use the TEST tab to pull thru your recent live test to finish configuring the Zap action steps.

Hi ​@Kelen, just checking in—were you able to get a new test record with the name field by submitting the lead after configuring the trigger, as Troy suggested?
