leadconnector custom field not found in zapier


I have an action to update a custom field after receiving a webhook in Leadconnector

 

But leadconnector doesn't find all the custom fields. It did find it before though. Please help, would really appreciate it :)

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try to reconnect your LeadConnector account in the Zap? After that, please click on the “Refresh fields” button in the LeadConnector action step to see if the custom fields will show up.

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!

Hell this did not work for me as well. I did as instructed and my custom fields are still not appearing.

Thanks for your input Dwalt.

 

Also, when updating the custom fields and refreshing the webhook the fields still do not appear as they should.

 

Help would be very appreciated
