Lead Connector Campaigns not showing


Until 2 or 3 days ago I could use LeadConnector on a zap, and trigger an  Add Lead to Campaign, then I could select a Campaign from a list of my Highlevel account campaigns and then use it in the zap. Now I can't see any options to select from. This a a zap I created where I could see several campaigns and chose the one that shows in the pic.

Nothing changed in the connection or the Highlevel account, still, when I try to check, now zapier doesn't find any campaigns:

I tried refreshing results, refreshing connections, changing api key, everything, but the result was the same. I have another zapier account and the same happened there, campaigns from LeadConnector doesn't load

Hi friends,

It looks like that’s issue we’ve been running into is a known bug with LeadConnector where the campaigns are not appearing in the Campaign field. Our team is aware of the issue and we're working with LeadConnector on a fix. I've added your email address as another affected members. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track and prioritize fixes
  • Allows us to notify you via email if/when this is fixed

Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA, but I’ve added you to the list of users affected by this issue so we can let you know as soon as we have any updates.

Same issue here...same timeframe the error started to happen.  Any insight?

Hi there, ​@David RR and ​@atrain2124. Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Given that ​@David RR has already tried refreshing the results and connection, changed the API key, and even tested with another Zapier account, it would seem that it’s likely a bug. I’d recommend that you both reach out our Support Team, so they can investigate this further.

In the meantime, I’d suggest using the custom value option to manually select the missing campaign, by entering its ID into the Campaign field. I’m not super familiar with HighLevel, but I’d have thought that the ID should be listed somewhere under the campaign’s settings or in it’s URL.

Hope that helps to get you both pointed in the right direction. If you give that workaround a try, do let us know how it goes! 


Having the same issue.

@SamB unfortunately, campaign/workflow IDs are NOT listed anywhere inside HighLevel, so custom mapping the value is not a solution.

@David RR ​@atrain2124 did you find a workaround?

@MDConsultingNY still nothing.  I just submitted a support ticket to Zapier to see whats going on.


@atrain2124 I have a ticket as well. If you get in touch with anyone, you can let them know that you know of other companies having the same issue, my Zapier support ticket number is #2257862.

@ken.a ​@SamB We need a point of contact on the LeadConnector side as well to reach out to for an ETA if your team can’t provide one. I hope you realize the gravity of this bug, literally NOT A SINGLE Zap with this app with the “Add Lead to Campaign” action can be created or edited. You must have hundreds of thousands of Zaps like this. This should be the type of bug that gets a same-day fix and the fact that it’s been 4 days with 0 progress is perplexing to me. Please show some initiative and resolve this disaster. Thank you in advance!
