Hi @Nahos

Translated to English:

Hello, I am Nahos,

I want to retrieve the existing data on my KIZEO form to increment it on an AIRTABLE database that I created via Zapier.

but the problem is that it only shows me the new records, while I also need the existing data from my form

@Nahos

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings.

Also, details a specific example for us to have more context.

Hi @Nahos,

Welcome to the Community.

Before proceeding, please share a detailed screenshot of configuring your Zap and the Apps issue and all of its fields.

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot or blur out any personal information.

Thank you!

4- Mettre à jour me permet de mettre à jour ma table Airtable à chaque nouveau enregistrement

Bonjour

@Nahos

Translated to English with Google Translate: https://translate.google.com

1- Data event allows me to connect to my KIZEO form

2- Get data allows me to get the data from my KIZEO form

3- Create a record allows me to create a record in my Airtable table that I created upstream with the same fields of my KIZEO form

4- Update allows me to update my Airtable table with each new record

@Nahos

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

You probably have to export/import to Airtable for existing form data.

Hello @Troy Tessalone

Okay, thank you.

I would like to know how to display the images instead of having the image links, for example, in my Airtable database.

@Nahos

In Airtable, make sure to use an Attachment field.

Make sure to send full file links (e.g. http...) that are publicly accessible direct download links.

Hello @Troy Tessalone

I would like to directly import images into my Airtable database instead of only storing URL links. My goal is to have the actual image files in Airtable, so I can view and use them more easily within my tables. Is there a straightforward solution to convert these URLs into actual images in Airtable, either via a Zap or another method?

here is the error I am encountering.

@Nahos

 Review the help link about using files in Zaps: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/send-files-in-zaps

Looks like the values for the mapped variable are not full file urls that start with http.

That is just a filename, not an actual link to the file.

Hello @Troy Tessalone

I have already consulted this link, but unfortunately, I still haven’t found a solution.

Indeed, in my KIZEO form, for the image field, the files are named in PNG or JPG format, without any mention of http or https.

In this case, what solution could I adopt to resolve this issue?

@Nahos

You would first need to determine the full image URL.

You may have to reach out to KIZEO Support for help with their Zap app integration.

Hi there, @Nahos 👋

Were you able to locate the full image URL?

If not, does the Kizeo Forms trigger or action have a field showing a value of “(Exists but not shown)”? For example:

979c2f8b10ddb1f69759d63dd3b12537.png
If you see a field with “(Exists but not shown)” as it’s value, then that usually means that the field contains the file object. So in the Airtable action, if you select that file object for the relevant “Attachments” type of field it should show a preview of the image on the Airtable record.

Alternatively, if you can determine the rest of the file path for the images, you could manually type that into the field and then map the image file name afterwards to create the full image URL. For example: https://example-url-for-where-the-image-is-hosted.com/uploads/gKizeo-field-containing-the-file-name]

Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂
